What is the HOT 100 program?
          Imagine 100 locally-owned businesses in your community, working to increase their revenues by $1 million or more each year.  One result can be significant new wealth in your community.   More important, each business can become a lot more profitable.

Results of the HOT 100 program
---Many businesses experience unprecedented growth and profitability and often grow quicker over 1-5 years than they would have over 10-20 years. In addition, they are better able to attract the new employees and investment they need to support their growth.  Many also see the personal income and equity their spouse always hoped for.

---The goal is to help accelerate 100 locally-owned businesses, to reach $1 million and more in new revenues and increase profitability, ASAP.

          An early pilot project in California saw enough revenue and profit growth from 100 businesses to create 200 new jobs in only 10 months. In Bellevue, WA, 30 clients increased revenues an average of 406% (from $14 million to $76 million), over three years. Clients also received many local, regional, and national nominations and awards for growth.

How does it work?
          The program is a one-to-five year customized consulting program that starts with designing what your business needs to look like so it can achieve at least 500% growth ASAP and benchmarking the business against 300+ best practices and the new high-performance goal.

The training is followed by regular meetings with a Certified Advisor to complete the High Performance Action Plan and implement and track progress. Over one-to-five years, the business can often make as much progress as it otherwise would in 10-20 years.

          This is a one-to-five year training program because most businesses need outside   expertise to help the management team build new high performance habits and processes to support their new growth and profitability goals.
