Russ Allred and his brother Roger, a CPA, ran a consulting business in Bakersfield California where they also served as adjunct consultants for the Small Business Development Center. They co-authored a best-selling family business book, The Family Business: Power Tools for Survival, Success and Succession. The book sold thousands of copies worldwide and is currently in its third publication under the title Power Tools for Family Business: Diagnosis for Survival, Success, and Succession.    Russ has also written, The Marketing Machine and a novel titled Dead Gold. He has been published and quoted in many business journals including The Journal of Accountancy, Practicing CPA, Nation’s Business, and USA Today.

Russ has a mission to enrich people in business. To this end he teaches Marketing and Business Strategy in the California State University System and the University of Lavern. He has crisscrossed the country from Bakersfield to Boston and Kissimmee to Wenatchee, conducting training seminars. Russ is also a commercial real estate investment specialist at NAI Capital. Roger C. Allred, CPA

Roger is a venture capitalist and the president of Millennium Energy, an energy cogeneration management company. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in accounting from Brigham Young University. He was an assistant controller for a Fortune 300 company and a CFO for over 10 years.

As a turnaround manger he saved scores of businesses from ruin and learned the secrets of managing on a shoestring. The federal court in Fresno, California appointed Roger to be a Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. Perhaps his budgeting ability met the greatest test by providing for his nine children. Roger is also a published author and professional speaker.
